| ABOUT MALAXI STUD |
| I got my first guinea pig when I was 10 years old 1983. A crossbred abyssinian called "Gnugge". I became a member of The Swedish Cavy Club (Svenska Marsvins F�reningen) 1985. I had my first US-Teddy in January 1986 and her first litter in October the same year. That�s how my caviary started. |

| Many many babies have been born at Malaxi stud since 1986. Teddies have always had a place in the shed. There has been selfs and cresteds in Lilac, Cream and White, Dutch in Black, Golden agouti and Chocolate, a few Abyssinians, some Shelties and Texels, Satinperuvians and smooth Silver argentes.. Nowadays there are beside the Teddies, a couple of self Creams, and of course the alpacas and a few peruvians. I have also got a few shelties/texels again;-). |

| Above: This is the shed where the cavies live. There is room for 24 cages (pens). So there is possible to keep about 60 pigs. To the left: This is the cages in the shed. There is 16 smaller and 8 bigger ones. |
| My history in SMF: |
| SMF is a shortening of Svenska Marsvins F�reningen (The Swedish Cavy Club). I have been an active fancier since 1987, arranging shows, working in several committees, president of the club for 4 years, allroundjudge since 1992. Today I am responsable for the judges committee in Sweden and especially to educate new judges. I have been judging in all Scandinavian countries and the Netherlands and UK. |
