The Milkyway Galaxy
The Milky way Galaxy is in the shape of a huge Catherine wheel, known as a spiral galaxy. Its 
diameter is 100000 light years. At the end of its spiral arms it has a thickness of 3000 light years, 
while its centre has a thickness of over 15000 light years. It contains more than 400 billion stars.
