| In the office - Mauricio was trying to
coax Juana to quit her job as a photographer. He explained of the complication of her
being here & there and not taking care of herself (the baby of course). Juana had a
feeling that Mauricio is jealous of her because she was with David. No doubt, Mauricio being a proud person, dare not tell her that he's jealous of her. Juana shot him back by telling him she thinks, if it's not because of her pregnancy - Mauricio could not care less about her or her feelings. Mauricio was silent when hearing these. He could not believe that Juana had said it (which he feels that it's true). She explained that he represent a leave where Juana clings on tightly. She has many things that can make her happy and photography is on of that. If Mauricio takes it away she will feel very sad. With that, Juana left his office & left Mauricio feeling guilty. At the Perez home, Maria was cooking something (a soup I guess) for her mother. Azucena was not feeling well & was spending most of her time in bed & not seeing her children. Manolito came down & reminded Maria not to be too stuborn & face the reality of their mother being upset over her long-forgotten husband, Ramon. Manolito was thinking of something to calm his mother by bringing the soup to her. Back in Mauricio office, David was feeling very happy & bouncing about. Everybody in the office saw him & wondered what really happened. Brandy was quite shock of David's funny behaviour. At Amparito house - her daughter, Carlotta paid a visit & informs that she/Mauricio are officially parents to Rafeal and wants to have a party for that occassion. Amparito was not very pleased & referred Rafael by 'that Monkey'. Carlotta was not happy because her mother was not very supportive. In that, Carlotta told her mother whether if she wants to organize a party or not. Her mother said that Carlotta gave her no choice but to accept it. Back at the office - Enriqueta was feeling very happy of yesterdays nite. She saw Juana sad & ask her whether she have any problem with David. Juana told Enriqueta that David was not the problem. She further explained that Mauricio was the main problem as he wants her to quite her job which she's not happy. Back at Perez home - Maria was doing something in the kitchen & was mumbling to herself. She told herself that she has the right to be stubborn & would be very happy if Ramon were to come at their house. She will accept him with open arms. She said that, her mother was the real reason why Ramon left. Upstairs, Manolito was with his mother, coaxing & calming her. He wants to help her & be very supportive. Come what may, if faithed - Ramon will come if not, they hope so much that Ramon will forget his plan. Back at the office, Mauricio was contemplating himself by what Juana had said to him. All of it was true & he doesn't has the heart to hurt her more. Mauricio was holding the vitamins meant for Juana & was about to walk out, Desiree enters. The vitamins drop & Desiree picked it up for him. Mauricio was worried what Desiree will say but Desiree wanted to see him because of the meeting that was held the other day. She couldn't agree with Mauricio at that time as Rogelio stopped her abruptly. Mauricio explained to her that deal is important to the company. If he couldn't save it, the company will be closed & everybody will be jobless. Desiree convinced Mauricio that she will do her best to protect and save the company. She also added that she will volunteer to try & squeeze some information from Rogelio. They think that Rogelio has a bad plan & wish that the company folds up. After Desiree left, Mauricio saw David & invited him in. Mauricio saw that David was very happy coz his face and action glowing like nobody's business. He was glad to see him as he wanted David to tell him what happened during the 2days together with Juana. With that, David spilled out everything to him. Mauricio couldn't believe what David said as he explained that he had great time with her and that the village people plus the children like Juana so much. The village said that Juana's has something inside of her that glows out like a sun where everybody wants to be near her. David also told him that he had the opportunity to stay & sleep with Juana in the same room, Juana was being so nice to accept him in as it was raining. The best part was, David told him that all night he spent watching Juana sleep. It was the best thing that David like. He has a feeling that he is deeply in love with Juana. You should see how Mauricio's face look like after what he heard from David. His face was so intense full of jealous - all over his face, it really shows. Mauricio was looking for Juana in the photography room & found that she wasn't around. Enriqueta came in & told her that she gave Juana 1/2 day leave as she looks unhappy & sad. Enriqueta got this opportunity to tell Mauricio that she feels that Juana will make up her mind & might leave the company as she was not happy with his decission. Mauricio was worried even more & don't know whether he made the right decission. In another scene - Maria was giving Nicolas the pie that she made for him to sell. Nicolas prayed that nobody knows the difference as the taste was not the same. Maria was mad at his statement. Nicolas also mentioned to her that he now knows who told the press about Juana's pregnancy. Maria forced Nicolas to say who was it, he mentioned Salvadors name. With that, Maria was very angry and she screamed. Manolito heard & got down the stairs to see what was the comotion. She explained to him & has made her mind to see Salvador. Manolito tried to reason with her but could not. Manolito saw Nicolas & asked him what happened & knew that Nicolas has spilled out something bad to Maria at the wrong time. Maria stomps in Salvador's office in anger. She saw that Salvador was with somebody but could not care less as she wanted to straight things out with him. After everybody left - Maria exploded & told him that he is the person that informs the press about Juana. Salvador was shocked about the news & told her that it wasn't him. He tried to reason with her but Maria could not accept it as she is full of rage & could not be calmed down. Juana got back home and saw Manolito in the living room. She asked him what was wrong
& Manolito explained to her that her grandfather, Ramon, called and wanted to visit
them soon. Juana was shocked as she hardly know her grandfather & that she knows her
grandfather left them without a word or news. As Juana was about to go upstairs, her phone
rang ... Mauricio called & wanted to see Juana immediately because he wanted to tell
