maybe this is too
late, but i promised sofia a.k.a kawthar. the language is 'rojak'... hope u guys don't
mind...
at the hospital, juana told lily about the 'juana la virgen' news n how her office
collegues reacted towards her. she told her about her meeting with mauricio. 'did he
know?', lily asked. 'not until i told him', juana responded. lily said it's good that
juana told him herself rather than from someone else that might 'sensationalise' the whole
thing. juana told lily about mauricio's support... n he believed in her. she said mauricio
did not look at her like others (remember muka 'sengih' mauricio when juana told him that
she's pregnant.. ) 'dios mios.. he's like prince charming n i'm living a fairy tales',
reckoned juana.
mauricio cannot enjoy his sushi. carlota wondered what was wrong. mauricio said he had
lots of things in his mind. he told her about his 'gonnabe' venture with miami n los
angeles. carlota was excited with the news n suggested a toast. mauricio didn't want to
celebrate anything yet until the job is done. mauricio then asked carlota not to tell her
father about this. he said regelio has his biz trick when he wants something. carlota
agreed to that n she is blessed that mauricio does not have some of her father's traits.
at juana's casa... salvador came to the rescue. dona azucena was excited to see her
'prospective' son-in-law taking charge of the situation. salvador asked the crowds to
disperse; got pepito to see into it. when salvador was in the house, la abuela asked la
madre to thank 'la esposo' - which was to her reluctance. ana maria asked salvador whether
he knew who started talking... salvador said, 'no... nada'.
regelio tak senang duduk coz his princess bo layan him. he called her - got the mailbox n
left her a message. amparito overheard him. trying to get the last dialed number when he
was not there, but got caught by regelio meddling with it.
on the other end, desiree was restless - there were 3 messages from regelio. she knows our
friend can be mean when he wants something...
at the hospital, juana bought lily her fav food (i wondered, can it be tosai!!! kik! kik!
kik! ) then she called home to tell them her whereabout n lily's mother. mano n his
hermoso went to la clinica to make sure juana's fine.
back at mauricio's office, they were having birthday party. david was half drunk - had too
much of tequilla. he said he was so happy n grateful to be surrounded by many beautiful
ladies, especially sweet brandy. the rests teased on. david was being kind to brandy: why
r u not drinking, why r u not wearing yr party hat... then he put the hat for her. brandy
looked surprised (was it true or he was actually drunk?)
ricardo (the doctor) came to see mauricio at the office. mauricio told about juana's
tell-all. he told ricardo that he didn't tell juana that he's the father of the child coz
juana had said that she does not want anything to do with the father. he told ricardo that
he found out from carlota that juana may want to give the child up for adoption. ricardo
said mauricio should not be worrying about something uncertain. moreover, it came from
carlota. it might be a scam as she is jealous of juana. ricardo then told mauricio about
desiree trying to 'korek' info from him on the woman that bears mauricio's child. mauricio
told ricardo that he accidentally told desiree about this. 'kau terlepas cakap?... kau
terlepas cakap?', said ricardo. terbeliak mata ricardo, macam mata garfield! 'how can u
simply tell something so sensitive to anyone?... u don't even tell yr wife!' muka mauricio
jadi dungu!
at la clinica, mano n ana maria met up with juana. juana said their faces looked wierd: u
r guys hiding something from me? mano then asked whether she knew about the hoohaa.
'aahhh, that juana la virgen story. yes, i know. it's been the most talked-about at the
office.' 'does mauricio know?', ana maria asked. 'yup, he knows. i told him. it's fine
with him.' juana answered. ana maria asked about mauricio's reaction. juana told them that
she told mauricio the whole story n he understood. in fact, he is fully supportive n wants
juana to keep the job. both of them have BIG question marks in their heads.
carlota came home n looked at desiree fiercely. carlota asked whether she has found an apt
yet. carlota said desiree should be truthful about her relationship with regelio. desiree
said that is nothing going on between them. it's common for men to flirt with her n
carlota's father is a man that likes to say nice things to her. carlota warned her that
her mother thinks there's a woman in her esposa mind now n desiree should be wary coz
amparito can be a nasty lady in such situation. desiree said carlota was not being fair
with her... desiree said she grew up in poverty n enving carlota - rich family, get all
things she wants, handsome n nice husband, etc., etc. she said carlota did not know how it
feels to be left by her husband penniless... bla, bla, bla... (panjang lah bab ni, i tak
berapa ingat!)
mauricio, felt edgy n uncertain about the adoption, went to see the priest. he told the
priest he got to know from carlota about the adoption n he wants to adopt juana's child.
the priest rectified the news n told him that juana does not want to give the child up for
adoption...
that's it... i hope today we'll see them in new clothes/new day. 1 hari punya cerita dalam
1 minggu. sebab tu lah citer nya punya lah panjang!!!
