from Adik lisa's review. Wednesday's summary Perez House: Aunt Eva wondered what Juana mean by tht. Juana said she needed more time to get evidence for Mauricio. Aunt Eva didn't understand. Juana told her about what happen during the party at the De la Vega house, how she heard a gunshot during the fireworks display, she saw blood and accidently took some pictures at the crime scene and recently she discovered shadows of two unidentifed men in one of the pictures. She'll try to get the clear picture of both men, who could be the real murderer of Francisco Rojas. Rogelio's office: Desiree was still bound and gagged. Rogelio told her his hope towards year all these years seemed useless because Desiree backstabbed him. Desiree seemed weak, she could only shake her head. Rogelio reminded her of all his effort to help her and Desiree didn't appreciate them. But he forgave her for everyhting except for the part the she didn't appreciate his love towards her. Rogelio said he's not a boy who'll be frustrated by love. He'd rather be mourning her death because she belong to someone else. Perez house/kitchen: Ana Maria and Salvador were sitting at the dining table. Salvador tried to calm her down, she seemed so sad, weeping for her father's death. He wish he could replace the sadness. Ana Maria thanked him for understanding her. She said the sadness she's feeling now was different from the sadness she felt when she was little (when Ramon went away and left them). Ana Maria was relieved because she can feel the difference. She's happy now she has her own protector. For her Salvador is not a substitute, there's a lot of difference between Salvador and Ramon. She's happy tht Ramon had the chance to reconcile with Azucena and Manuel. Salvador believed tht Manuel appreciated his father and accept wht happened. Positivo/Mauricio's office: Armando and Enriqueta were looking for proof tht the account had been altered by Alfredo. Armando was angry because he couldn't find it and Alfredo must be doing it coz he's the only one who handle the accounts for Positivo. Enriqueta said they shouldn't give up. There was a call from Salvador telling her about Ramon's death. Enriqueta was so sad. Armando watched her with concern. Inside Vivas car: Rogelio was thinking alone. Camacho who was driving try to talk with him. Rogelio said he was just thinking about wht had happened. Camacho reminded her about Desiree. Rogelio said he should stay away from Desiree forever because she's his weakness. He's not supposed to have any weakness. Camacho agreed. Rogelio said tht he decided to terminate Desiree for good. He'll pick her up for a ride, the last ride and he'll do it eventhough he'll be teary. Jardines El Cercado, Cemetary: All tht present were at the cemetery giving their last respect. There were Salvador, Enriqueta, Lili, Padre Jose. Manuel gave his last words about his father in front of those who attended. Then the whole family hugged. The next day.. Perez house/dark room: Manuel was checking the photos. Juana entered with a drink for Manuel. Manuel asked her to examine the photos tht almost ready. Juana said she can see two blurred image of men dragging something. Manuel said tht he'll enlarge it so tht it'll be clear. Prison: Mauricio was all dressed up for court. Alejandro came and Mauricio asked him about Desiree. Alejandro said tht Desiree cannot be traced and they also cannot find Rogelio. Alejandro said tol him tht he asked Desiree's brother to make a missing person report. Mauricio was worried and followed Alejandro to the court. Rogelio's office: Rogelio entered and we can see Desiree lying weekly on the floor, she was still bound and gagged. Rogelio asked her how was the night. He laughed at Desiree's condition and said tht what u get when u didn't follow orders. Rehabilitation Center: Humberto was walking with Carlotta. Carlotta asked whether she'll be there alone. Humberto said tht he will always be there. Carlota has made the correct choice because she need time to change herself for the better and gain peace. Dr. Ricardo approached them and told her tht she'll be ok soon if she follow the treatment by best doctors. She nodded. Positivo/Mauricio's office: Enriqueta and Armando were sighing because they couldn't find anything. Only Alfredo can prove it. Armando were angry because Alfredo was very good at this and it was untraceable. Suddenly Alfredo entered, both Enriqueta and Armando were surprised. Alfredo showed them the original account. His father ordered him to alter the numbers. He's giving them the account to prove tht he would not follow Rogelio's footsteps. Court: Rogelio entered with Alejandro. Mrs. Rojas was also there. She was angry with Mauricio and said the day had come for Mauricio. Mauricio was silent and looking to the floor. They were all seated. The judge said tht the evidence proved tht Mauricio's guilty. He wanted Alejandro to start his defence. Perez house/dark room: Manuel finally go something! He called Juana to look at it. Juana was surprised to see the image of Camacho and Rogelio. Camacho was dragging Francisco. Juana said tht was more than enough to be presented as solid proof. Inside Vivas' Car: Desiree tried to sweet talk Rogelio and said now she realised tht she's deeply in love with rogelio. rogelio said tht he didn't believe her anymore and reminded her how deep her love towards Mauricio. Desiree said tht he appreciated Mauricio but nothing happened between them. Rogelio said tht if she used the excuse before this, it might be useful. He pulled Desiree's hair in anger. Desiree saw a gun under the front seat of the car. Courth: The Judge congratulated Alejandro for the defence. He said the body found and the gun had showed no trace of Mauricio's fingerprints. He said he'll set a trial date. Alejandro stood up and announce tht they have a witness but hadn't arrive yet. Mrs Rojas said tht they were trying to prolong the time. She told the judge about MAuricio's debt with Francisco. She said tht Mauricio had a motive to kill. The judge asked Mauricio for confirmation and Mauricio admitted tht he owed money from Francisco. The Judge said tht there's no evidence supporting Mauricio and he wanted to annouce tht he's guilty but suddenly Juana entered with Manuel saying tht they have new evidence for the case. Vivas house: Amparo returned with Humberto. She was relieved tht CArlotta finally accepted the fact and join the rehabilitation center. Eventhough she's she, she had to accept what happen. Suddenly the door was openned and Alfredo walked out with his luggage. Amparo asked him where he was going. He said tht he's going out of the country bcause he's not gonna follow his father anymore, he wanted to be away from Rogelio. He announced tht he quit working at Positivo and told his grandfather about that. His grandfather agreed with his decision. Amparo understood and nodded. Court: The judge reminded Juana tht she cannot interfere with court proceeding. Mrs Rojas' lawyer said tht was against the prosedur and if they have new evidence, they'll have to apply for new trial. Juana said if they didn't want to see the photos, she'll make sure it'll be printed in leading newspapers. The Judge asked Juana to show the photos. Juana confronted the judge and show the photos. Juana explained tht Rogelio and Camacho dragged Francisco during the party tht night. Mrs Rojas was shocked with the news. By the sea: The car stopped. Rogelio ordered Desiree to exit the car. Desiree was scared and try to beg him. SHe reminded him tht she's the woman he loved. Rogelio didn't give in and ordered her to exit the car. Court: Juana was testifying on wht happened (She was taking pictures - the film ran out - she went to her bag to get new load. she heard fireworks and gunshot, sound of breaking vase. She was blood - the camera snapped uncontrollably, she called Mauricio but the blood and broken vase was gone. The Judge asked whether she knew tht a crime scene can be investigated to determine whether a crime had been committed. Juana nodded. The Judge said tht the evidence was clear. Mrs Rojas' lawyer said the photos can be manipulated. Suddenly Mrs Rojas shook her head, crying. Then Armando and Enriqueta entered. By the sea: Desiree was still in the car. Rogelio forced her out. Desiree continued begging but Rogelio refuse to listen. At last Desiree said she'll get out but she need put on her shoes first. Desiree took the gun and clip it at the back of her pants. She exited and followed Rogelio. Court: Enriqueta told them about the false account done by Rogelio. She told them about Rogelio's actions towards Positivo. Mrs Rojas seemed to be remembering something tht Rogelio visited Francisco many many times when they were in Europe, they were not close and definitely not friends. Only Mauricio was his true friend. Mauricio said until the end, they were friends. The judge said tht he'll open a new case and he announce tht Mauricio was free to go. Mauricio hugged Juana. By the sea: Desiree was in doubt tht she'll be left alone. Rogelio pulled her hair. She tried to run but Camacho blocked her. She drew the gun and pointed it at Rogelio and Camacho alternately (she needed two guns. heh) Rogelio asked her where did she get the gun. She laughed and said it was inside the car. Rogelio dared her to shoot. Desiree prayed tht was the second time she do tht. Desiree squeeze the trigger but nothing happened. Desiree started to cry and begged him saying tht she's sorry with wht she'd done. Rogelio pulled her hair and dragged her to the cliff. Court: Manuel told Enriqueta tht he was looking for an excuse to bump into her. She said tht he didn't need any excuse at all. manuel praised her for defending Positivo and she praised Manuel for working with the photos. Armando came and told them he spoke to the judge and they need to go to the bank. Enriqueta congratulated Mauricio, Juana and those who were there. Alejandro smiled and understood tht he's meddling a much needed privacy of Juana and Mauricio. He pulled out his car keys and gave it to Juana so tht they can go wherever they want to. Juana laughed out loud. Alejandro left. Juana said to Mauricio tht they should follow Alejandro's order. Mauricio seemed uncomfortable but smiled, he approached to kiss her but then collapsed and kissed the floor instead. Juana was so shocked and called for Alejandro. Positivo/Mauricio's office: Enriqueta and Armando announced to the staff tht Positivo will not be sold. Everybody cheered. Bus stop: Manuel was queuing up for the bus. He remembered the time when he was with Enriqueta (the scene got cut out). The bus arrived and he boarded it. He remembered his father's last words tht he must defend his love so tht he will never regret it. Manuel exit the bus and ran away, "I don't want to lose u Enriqueta!!! Hospital: Aunt Eva came to meet Juana and asked about Mauricio. Alejandro told them tht the doctor was doing a checkup right now. Juana was surprised to see Mauricio collapsed without warning, they were suppose to have a happy moment. She felt as if he died. Aunt Eva told her tht Mauricio forbid her from telling Juana tht he's sick. Juana couldn't believe tht. Aunt Eva said his sickness was back and they were not sure whether he can be saved again or not. Juana was shocked. by the sea/cliff: Rogelio was pulling Desiree's hair. Desiree begging again. Rogelio said his love for the wrong person would kill her. He said Mauricio was guilty for taking away two women whom he loved the most - Carlotta and Desiree. Suddenly Desiree get somekind of strength. She said, "I curse u rogelio!" she said she'll died immediately leaving Rogelio who will grow old alone in prison, she wanted him to remember her words and will die with it. Rogelio was so angry, he pulled her necklace and pushed her into the sea. We can hear her voice screaming in horror.
