Rafael delighted for the upcoming vacation, Mauricio will start 2 miss Juana, Manuel spreading his ‘wing’ to stay with Enriqueta, leaving Azucena feeling sad & poor Carlota... her future lies in Desiree's hand as she heads their evil plan 2 exterminate Juana out of their lifes... The hitman & his partner in crime on the move…

De la Vega’s house: Mauricio was d/stairs… questioned Carlota abt where she’s going wth Desiree. She said Desiree’s sending her 2 d hospital & c d doctor. She doesn’t want 2 bother her mother so much while Mauricio is so busy wth work. She made peace wth Desiree & wished not to prolong their rivalry. Mauricio looked @ them.

Hospital/David’s room: David touched Juana’s stomach; he smiled as he was amazed @ how special the feeling to know a life is growing inside. David suddenly brought up the topic of how he wished 2 be the father 2 Juana’s child. When he sees Juana’s face, he knows that she’s not comfortable wth him about that topic. No matter what he said or does, he knew Mauricio is still the father. He understand Juana because she’s kind hearted & honestly being fair to a/body… it’s one of the reason why David loves her.

De la Vega’s house: Carlota went s/where while Mauricio questioned Desiree. She told him she had moved out & had taken along all her belongings. She won’t ‘harass’ him but only for a while. Carlota returned wth her bag & informed Desiree, she’s ready 2 go. Carlota said 2 Mauricio; she won’t be long & will be back soon. After they left, Mauricio was in deep thoughts.

Perez house: A.Maria came down frm the stairs & saw Manuel sleeping @ their back garden. She couldn’t help but thought s/thing 2 play a prank on his brother. She crept slowly, got hold of the Manuel’s blanket, snatched it away & screamed 2 wake him up. Manuel woke up abruptly as A.Maria laughed @ him. They talked for a while… Azucena approached them & informed that breakfast is ready.

De la Vega’s house/living room: Mauricio sat on the sofa, thought abt Carlota & Desiree. Rafael approached Mauricio while Carlota’s nurse followed frm behind. Rafael said that he’s fine & the nurse confirmed it. He reminded Mauricio that he needs 2 c Juana. He said, ok.

Hospital/David’s room: David took his breakfast on his bed. They talked for awhile before Brandy got in & greeted them. Brandy was glad 2 c David being him self again but knew not for long. Juana said, Brandy came @ the right time as she’s late to school. David’s face changed when Juana left & Brandy sensed it.

Perez house/kitchen: Azu, A.Maria & Manuel had breakfast. They talked about Rosita. A.Maria couldn’t stay for long as she’s late for work. She said aloud abt what Manuel had said just then & bid goodbye 2 them. Azucena asked Manuel what A.Maria was talking about. He said… he had thought about moving out from the house. Azucena looked stunned.

In Desiree’s car/somewhere outside: Desiree slowed down her car & told Carlota that it’s the place where the hitman had agreed 2 c them. Carlota looked nervous while Desiree told her to calm down. Desiree then told Carlota 2 get out & gives the money 2 the guy waiting in side an abandoned building.

Perez house/kitchen: Azucena nervously asked Manuel why & where he’d want 2 go. He said, he’s not sure yet. He figured maybe it’s time 4 him 2 live on his own. She was taken aback when he bluntly said he’ll be staying wth Enriqueta. Manuel added, she should know sooner or later, he had 2 be independent & do things on his own.

In Desiree’s car: Carlota pleaded wth Desiree 2 accompany her. Desiree said, she doesn’t want to leave her brand new car as it might get stolen in the middle of nowhere & they might end up walking home. Carlota finally agreed… she got out while Desiree grin 2 herself; knowing that Carlota is in her trap.

Juana’s school: Juana walked along the corridor & heard her mother called out her name. They greeted e/other. Juana told her mother she can’t sleep & David is still not fully recovered.

In the abandon building: Carlota met the hitman & his several gang. The 2 guys scrutinized & tried 2 be funny with her. She got really scared but managed to contain her fear.

Outisde the building: Desiree got out frm her car & spoke 2 another guy that she hired 2 take pictures of Carlota with the hitman. She gave her camera 2 the guy & stressed him to take it carefully. The guy asked for his 1^st installment. Desiree gave him the money & reminded the guy that he mustn’t be seen by a/body.

Juana’s school: Mauricio drove slowly into the school yard with Rafael beside him. He didn’t know Mauricio knew where Juana’s school situated at. Rafael saw Juana’s pitusa & ran to it. He got hold of Juana’s helmet while Mauricio leaned against the tree thinking about Juana’s promise. He knew he shouldn’t be there. Rafael interrupted him & said its time for them to see Juana.

Outside: Carlota quickened her pace & got into Desiree’s car. She stressed at her to get out from there immediately.

Juana’s school/park: Juana was wth her friends talking when Lili saw Mauricio & motioned Juana to look behind. Juana turned & saw them as Rafael ran to her. He was happy to see her. Mauricio looked at Juana from at a distance.

Positivo/Enriqueta’s room: Enriqueta was at her desk. She opened her diary & saw a red card from Manuel. She remembered Manuel’s last word @ his house. She felt frustrated.

Juana’s school/park: Juana expressed her happiness upon seeing Rafael & asked how he was doing. Rafael greeted Lili as Juana walked towards Mauricio… Mauricio told her that Rafael really wanted to see her.

Hospital: Carlota told Desiree that the doctor confirmed she’s fine. She happily told her, she’ll be going s/where far with Mauricio… Desiree got restless as she was unaware of Carlota’s other plans.

Juana’s school/park: Juana walked wth Rafael while Mauricio followed from behind. She sat down & talked about Rafael’s studies. He told Juana he’ll be going away on a holiday. He saw Micky & greeted him. Mauricio approached Juana & confirmed it. Juana said, it’s good for them.

Hospital: Desiree dug more information from Carlota. Carlota said, of course she wouldn’t want to stay around when Juana is being murdered… she’ll be on an island in the Caribbean . She added… try 2 imagine this… sun, beach, lotion, bikini… holiday like honeymoon for her & Mauricio. It looked like Carlota was teasing her as Desiree was being too nosy.

Juana’s school/park: Mauricio tried 2 explained to her but Juana does not wish to know. They argued for awhile. He confessed his wish to her & made her feel emotional. He whispered in Juana’s ear that he wants to kiss her but Juana stressed that he shouldn’t.

Hospital/David’s room: David noticed Brandy was not herself. She tried to hide her feelings. He said, he wants her as a friend. He had expressed his fear of not able to ‘do it’… & how he’s going 2 propose to Juana. That last sentence made Brandy upset…As she was about to leave him, David’s parent got in & greeted them. David’s father mistook her for Juana… Brandy said, she’s sorry to disappoint him that she’s not.

Juana’s school: Rafael bid Micky & Lily goodbye. He went & hugged Juana. Rafael queried why Juana does not wish Mauricio goodbye.  She bravely approached Mauricio & said goodbye. He held her hands & looked @ Juana.

Hospital: Carlota informed Desiree that she’ll be bringing Rafael along. She shouldn’t worry as her nurse will care all Rafael’s need. Desiree was not satisfied as she’s being left alone.

Juana’s school: Lili calm Juana down as she sobbed about Mauricio. Juana said, she can’t eat, can’t sleep & e/thing she does… she could not forget Mauricio.

Positivo/Enriqueta’s room: Mauricio entered & they both pecked at e/others cheek. Enriqueta asked how Carlota & Rafael was doing. He reported e/thing.

Perez house/living room: Manuel was ready with his big black bag in front of Azucena, Maria & Nicolas. He gave his mother a kiss on the forehead as she started to cry. He calmed her down.

De la Vega’s house/living room: Aunt Eva was with Rafael. She’s happy to see Rafael back to normal. Carlota got back & repeated about their holiday with Rafael tagging along… Aunt Eva forced a smile.

Positivo: Brandy entered the office & spoke to Dora. They talked about David, his condition status & her recent encounter with David’s parent.

Outside: Desiree went to see the bad guy & asked for her camera back. She paid him the balance got into her car. Desiree’s had acted like gangster on the move.

Outside Perez house: The hitman & his partner in crime were in the car surveyed Perez’s house.

Positivo/Mauricio’s room: Armando was with Mauricio… he talked about how sorry he was. This time, he knew the whole story behind Mauricio’s involvement with Juana.

Outside Perez house: The hitman looked at Juana & A.Maria getting into their house.

Positivo/Enriqueta’s room: Enriqueta couldn’t work properly… she kept thinking of Manuel. Suddenly a knocked on her door… it was Manuel… She was surprised to see him.

Perez house/kitchen: A.Maria, Maria, Azucena, Nicolas & Juana were at the kitchen table… eating & talking about Manuel moving out. Nicolas bluntly said that Manuel is beginning to be like his father.

Positivo/Enriqueta’s room: Enriqueta was in doubt whether Manuel is serious enough to move in with her. She wanted his confirmation. He asked whether her offer is still open. Their hands touched e/other.

Perez house/kitchen: A.Maria & Juana backed Manuel’s sudden decision. They were restless when Azucena talked about Enriqueta. A.Maria got upset & started to yell at her mother. Juana scolded her mother & asked her to stop… she got out from the kitchen. A.Maria, Maria, Azucena & Nicolas kept quiet.

Positivo/Enriqueta’s room: Manuel & Enriqueta giggled at e/other. She told him to wait for her at her apartment. They kissed e/other & suddenly Armando got in… had caught them kissing. He hinted to them that he was there… after Manuel left, Armando told Enriqueta he recognize the set of keys that she gave to Manuel.

Positivo/Mauricio’s room: Mauricio received a call from Carlota. She informed him that their flight is scheduled for tomorrow morning. He was in doubt but finally agreed to go along with her plans.

Perez house/living room: Juana sat on the sofa with her cute dog (Hush Puppy’s trademark). Finally we get to see the dog alive & not dozing off most of the time, looking like half dead… She thought about Mauricio & talked to herself. She took the dog & went s/where.

At the back of Perez house: The hitman & his partner was trying to climb the high wall. They wanted to know what is behind the wall as they need to survey their surrounding. His partner helped him to take a peek…

'sólo a tu lado quiero vivir ... sin ti mi cielo se vuelve gris ...dime que hacer si no estás aqui...'
