My mommy and Daddy met when they were in high school. Mommy and Daddy were both 17 years old when they met. They didn't start dating then, so many years went by before they started dating.
Daddy was friends with Mommy's brothers, Uncle Mark and Uncle John. Graduation came and went and they still weren't dating. Finally on November 12, 1994, Mommy got up the courage and asked Daddy to be her date at Uncle Mark and Uncle John's birthday party. Then in August of 1995, they got engaged. They were married on January 18, 1997. I heard that they had a really awesome wedding even though it was the coldest day of the winter.
Mommy and Daddy lived in a little 1 bedroom apartment for almost 2 years, but when they found out they were expecting a baby, they looked for something bigger. They bought a house and moved in on December 21, 1998, just 3 months before my big sister was born. Mommy loved being a mommy and wanted more babies. On March 13, 2000, Mommy and Daddy told everyone they were going to have another baby. Guess who that baby was? ME! |
