Miaka! :o (Hey, you have to admit they're kinda a rare
breed. :P) But in all seriousness, yes, I like Miaka. I
find her to be a very interesting character. Yes, she's
not very bright, she's constantly hungry, and she is prone
to crying. But she's also a strong-willed, good-hearted person
who would risk her life for the people she loves. If she
really were as lazy, stupid, whiny and Tamahome-obsessed
as most FY fans insist she is, would she have spent
more than half the series trying her damndest to get
Yui back-even after Yui betrayed her and tried to
make her life miserable? I think not.
The fact that Miaka is willing to put herself in danger
just to save the girl says a lot about her. Anyone else
would just say "Screw you, Yui!" and let that dragon eat
her! (And I like Yui quite a bit as well)
It has the usual stuff-pictures, information, a
couple rants, essays on her relationships with
other characters, etc.
fans are "wrong". Everyone has a right to their
opinions, and I'm just voicing my own.
