The Review:

The follow-up CD to the first OST. However, this one can been seen as somewhat of a dissappointment if you were expecting a TON of music. Most of the CD is actually drama tracks featuring a large chunk of the cast. I'm not going to lie and tell you that I understood the whole drama, but it is interesting to listen to them at least once. The BGM tracks are more of what was offered in the first volume, consisting of heavy, melodramatic pieces usually revolving around Ifurita or the Eye of God. However, the REAL reason to get this CD is the two vocals. 'GOLDFINGER' is pretty catchy and Fatora can actually sing. 'Chiisna hana' is the song that played during the end of the first OVA when Makoto and Ifurita are reunited. It's very pretty and Amano has a gentle voice. If you must have every scrap of El Hazard music, it's a decent buy, but if not, you'll get through life without it.

Why Get It?

Well, The Vocals are the jewels of this CD, but Radio Drama fans will really eat this one up. Pioneer did something really cool with this CD. Inside the book, is a set of rules and pieces to play an El Hazard Board Game! That alone is worth having! In fact...

The Fatora and Alliele
Lesbian Race Board Game!

I'm so nice and generous that I'm spreading this game to other fans. Aren't I nice?
The Game Board
The Rules sheet and playing pieces
The Game cards
And for those of us who don't speak Japanese, the Rules in English

Nyah! Go back to Main Menu! Nyah!
