The Review:
The tradition of great El Hazard music continues. No matter what complaints you have against the latest El Hazard Series, you can't deny that this is a great CD. Fence of Defense's Opener is what happens when Rock and Roll invades El Hazard. The BGM's here have gone back to the tradition of being extremely grand and melodramatic which will please old-school fans. And Finally! If you've been waiting for an El Hazard song that you can dance to...then LOVE MANIA is it! It's so damn catchy that you'll catch yourself bobbing your head and moving your arms without even meaning to. All this and a special BONUS! 4 tracks of Music from the First OVA series that never made it to CD! Yay! Finally we get the BGM from the Makoto/Alliele first meeting scene...*grin* All 4 are tracks that I personally had been waiting for a long time to get and I'm sure other OVA 1 fans have too. Even if you dislike The Alternative World Series, you WILL like the Alternative World OST.
Why Get It?
The 4 bonus tracks is reason enough for any old-school fan to run out and buy this one. The Opener and LOVE MANIA will keep you hitting 'prev. track' button over and over again. El Hazard Music evolves and it does justice to predessors.
