| Mama & Papa: Tsukushi's eccentric parents. They are ecstatic to learn of Doumyouji, and are constantly pushing Tsukushi to have a relationship with him. Mama, wears the pants in the family. Papa has problems keeping a steady job. |
| Makino Susamu: Tsukushi's useless brother. He is not a major character in the anime by any rights, hence the reason there is no picture of him. Hey, Susamu, why don't you help your sister out, and keep your parents off her back! |
| Doumyouji Tsubaki: Doumyouji's older sister. She is a very strong woman, who enjoys using her brother as a punching bag. Tsubaki takes an instant liking to Makino, and tries to help them when her mother steps into the picture. |
| Doumyouji Kaede: Doumyouji's mother, poor guy! A successful business woman. She is very intimidating, overbearing, callous and manipulative. She tries everything in her power to prevent Doumyouji from being tainted by the impoverished Makino. |
