4 large eggs 2 tsp vanilla 2 ½ c Bisquick 1 {1 lb} box light brown sugar 1 c chopped pecans 1 c coconut
Slightly beat 4 eggs and vanilla. Add brown sugar.
Mix well until thick and light-colored, {about 1 minute with mixer}. Add
the Bisquick. Ass the pecans and mix until moistened. Bake in 9x12x2 inch
greased pan at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Be sure the cake falls
in the center before you remove from the oven. Cut into squares.
