1 c Miracle Whip
1 c sugar
¾ c hot water
1 ½ tsp baking soda
2 c flour
4 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp vanilla

Cream together Miracle Whip and sugar. Dissolve baking soda with hot water. Sift flour with cocoa. Add to sugar mixture, along with water and soda. Mix well. Pour into prepared oblong pan. {Size is not specified} Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Bring to boil:
1 stick margarine
4 tbsp cocoa
8 tbsp milk

Pour over 1 box powdered sugar. Beat until smooth, then add 1 tsp vanilla.
