Church Mission. Makati Hope Christian Church exists to obey the imperatives of the Great Commandment and the Great Commission under the power of the Holy Spirit for the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. MHCC believes that the chief purpose of all men and of all creation is to glorify our Lord Jesus Christ. As Christians, we are called to glorify, that is to honor and revere God and find our center in Him. MHCC believes that to glorify God we need to live under the power and influence of the Holy Spirit. Apart from Him we can do nothing. Apart from Him we are nothing.

Our tasks as a church are to Worship - by exalting God through singing and giving, to Reach Out - by evangelizing the lost for membership in a Christian church membership, to Disciple - by edifying the church members to maturity, to Minister - by equipping members for service and to Fellowship - by encouraging one another for Body-life. These tasks are based on two key scriptures:

I. The Great Commandment: Jesus said, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul and mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love you neighbor as yourself. All the Law and Prophets hang on these two commandments.” (Matthew 22:36-40)

II. The Great Commission: Jesus said, “Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them everything that I have commanded you.” (Matthew 28:19-20)

To “love God with all your heart” is Worship.
To “love your neighbor as yourself” is Ministry.
To “go and make disciples” is Outreach.
To “baptize” is to incorporate to Fellowship.
To “teach them all things” is to Disciple.

We believe that God saved us by His grace through Jesus Christ, equipped and placed us in this church by His Holy Spirit that we might be His divine instruments in building His Kingdom here on earth. We believe in God calling individuals for specific ministries as He pleases. We believe that it is a privilege and an honor to be called for service whenever, wherever, however. Every member is a minister.

MHCC exists to bring people to know Christ, incorporate them into fellowship within the Body Of Christ, where they can attain maturity and be equipped for ministry for the glory of God.

Vision. Recognizing the Tsinoy Community as our primary target group, we shall focus our efforts in evangalizing and discipling Tsinoy students and their parents, resulting in the growth of our membership, ministries and missions.
