First met in Sailor Moon R when the senshi travel back in time with Chibi-Usa, they meet the solitary guardian of time, Sailor Pluto. She is Chibi-Usa's best friend, as she had friends in the future, and is forbidden to leave her post. In Sailor Moon S, she appears in civilian form as the scientist Meiou Setsuna, living with Haruka and Michiru, and she never again seems to return to her post guarding the gates of time... .

Haruka: I seriously admire Setsuna. I mean, being able to stand being friends with Chibi-Usa. But I suppose being stuch always at the gate of time, she couldn't be too choosy. Setsuna has some of the coolest attacks, like the ability to stop time, even if it is the ultimate taboo, eternlly closing the time gates, plus shes got the cool stick. I just can't imagine having her hair though. It would be impossible to shower with. Nonetheless, continue protecting time Setsuna-san!!

Michiru: GO SETSUNA-SAMA! My favorite of all the scouts. She's absolutly beautiful, and so strong. She had to watch everyone die in the Silver Millenium and she couldn't use her ultimate taboo, Time Stop. She's really good at handling that stick of hers and she puts up with Chibi-Usa so well. I also love her attack "Dead Scream" it's just cool, I truly admire Setsuna-sama!
