 | Light of Hope
Chibi Chibi is a small girl who dropped out of the sky in the beginning of the stars season. She followed Usagi around, and when Usagi got home, she saw she suddenly had a sister who consequently was Chibi Chibi. In the final episodes/acts she is revealed to be Sailor Galixia's star seed(anime) or (manga) the elegant soldier from the future, Sailor Cosmos.
Haruka: Ugh, these colors so clash. But, this is about Chibi Chibi. She is so cute! I love her. She has a cute voice, a cute name, adorable antics and she guards Kakyuu-Hime. She has such cute hair, and her elegant older form of Sailor Cosmos, shes so pretty. I love Chibi Chibi!!!!!
