| David Schwimmer Looks To The Future Actor David Schwimmer has confirmed that the eighth season of hit comedy Friends will be the last. Despite earning a whopping $650,000 an episode, David believes that the time has come to move on from loveable Ross Geller and the show which has nurtured his directing talents. David explains, "This is the last year. We've all decided that. I'll also be directing five more episodes in this final season. I need growth and challenge in my work and to feel like I'm being stretched as much as possible, or I get bored." Looking to the future, David says, "Hopefully, after Friends there'll be more projects such as Band Of Brothers. And definitely more directing." |
