to my Elders and Relatives for the fact that you are enduring
" UNNECESSARY FEARS"
of having vocalized your voice in the 2002 General Elections because of certain individuals Outright Visable Political Goals. However, it is with the hopes and belief that this will be the last time anyone has to endure this type of unnecessary fear. I do believe that we all have now embarked upon a Healthy road as was DEMONSTRATED WITHIN THE STATE CAPITOL in Pierre, South Dakota and as Vocalized by our newly Governor elect, Mike Rounds within his "STATE OF THE STATE ADDRESS SPEECH". Next, I would like to take this time to
" Thank Each and Everyone of You "
(I KNOW IT WAS HARD FOR ALOT OF YOU, BUT, YOU ALL MADE IT HAPPEN! )
for recognizing that it was time for us as American Indians to let our voices be heard and thereby became a
" Part of the HEALING PROCESS within our SACRED MEDICINE WHEEL "
by voting in the General Election within the State of South Dakota and for the individuals that you all believe will best serve you and listen to your issues and concerns. It is important to recognize as I am sure you all have, that not all peoples were happy with our voice or our voiced choices and are still to this day trying to erase and/or punish, myself for one, for making this a " REALITY " within and upon each of our respective reservations Nations. And still, failing to recognized the Healing that has now begun for
" ALL NATIONS! ".
It is very important to continue to register your family members who have not yet registered with your county auditor and make sure you follow through with checking to make sure your county auditor data entered all your personal information correctly (i.e., birthdate, middle initial, Sr., Jr., etc., and/or telephone number), thus alliviating any other problems at a later date.
We all know how the system works for all of us Americanc Indians and this is why we got together and voted, so these types of actions would change for the better and atleast, bring us, the American Indian Nations to an even front line of receiving
" FINALLY" the respect we so deserve, all considerations in all areas, and all assistance and services needed to further promote and enhance our peoples as a whole and as all other Nations historically have been receiving throughout time here in the United States of America.
I know that the Creator is taking care of everything as always and that I will be vindicated from the State of South Dakota. I Thank You for your prayers and as it should be, I will pray for you as well.

UPDATE: I just want to again thank all of you for your prayers as the truth was made known from the Creator but only after our sincere prayers were prayed. All my charges have been dropped after almost a year and a half's time, I must say, it took alot out of me personally as old as I am, but reinforced more than ever the love and belief that I have in my Creator and that NOTHING is impossible for him and him alone if you put your faith into him. Now the rest is up to all of you, I am done, its either two steps forward or two steps back. Be responsible and pray if you have to ( I always do ) to make the right decisions and he will answer you with the " TRUTH ". Like it or not, you will get your answer, just follow through as he is your shield if you are working with the truth as he has told you.
