The Chief Executive was very forthright and blunt when he termed the CBR personnel as horses and donkeys. He announced the immediate exit of 1000 "donkeys" from the green pastures of CBR. This bold step is commendable and long overdue.

One thing is for sure. The hardworking, honest, and patriotic tax-paying industrialists and traders were, and are still now, working like "donkeys" to ensure that these corrupt officials got their pound of flesh because these corrupt officials were never satisfied with the records of these respectful taxpayers. The corrupt officials were, however, more than satisfied with the records of those pseudo-taxpayers who were far from being honest, and for these taxpayers, the corrupt officials were truly "donkeys" undoubtedly.
