Ryouhei
Yes, it is completely possible for a resident of Akachou to live in either the Slums or the Trailer Park. Though there are not any officially residents officially known to the City Council at this time (please e-mail if you wish to live here).
Explanation
Slums
Here the backlash from Akachou�fs rich community live. Those who gamble too much, those who have too many children, they all live here in their poverty (which may not be as bad as it seems compared to the rest of the city). There are of course some people who are doing well living in here, with clean houses and fed families, but they are not considered �gup to Akachou�fs residential status�h. Ryouhei lives here.
Strip Malls
The strip malls are shops and restaurants that are smushed together. They include everything one would ever need in a shopping center.
Sumiko Kissu: A small store that specializes in Lolita-type clothing of many brands.
Graycie's: A clothing department store that is preferred at times to the cheap clothes of Jusco. It is endearingly known as Gure-Depaa to most. Satsuki works here.
Video Rental: Mao and Reita work here.
Jumbo Mart: Grocery Store, used when people don't want to go all the way to Jusco for food.
Imperial Forest
The fanciest restaurant in the city. Reservations must be booked way in advanced, unless you have enough money for bribery. Maki works here.
Trailer Park
Even lower than the Slums. The people here are most obviously prostitutes, gamblers, and criminals of the poor nature. If they work, it�fs in the Red Light District which is right next door.
The Red Light District
Complete with clubs of all kinds, love hotels and even a porn shop. If you�fre looking for a good lay, or maybe just a fun show, this is where you go.
