I seen the news CBS 60 MINUTES 10-08-03 about the 3 civilian contractors working for Northrop Grumman who were captured by FARC Revolutionary Armed Forces of Columbia after their plane engine just seemed to QUIT.
5 people 4 civilian contractors 1 Columbian Intelligence Officer were in the plane crash, 1 civilian "Ralph" & the Columbian Intelligence Officer were shot the other 3 civilian contractors taken hostage by FARC Revolutionary Armed Forces of Columbia.
I understand they were working for US DOS BINL through a civilian contract Northrop Grumman's Information Technology (IT) sector which is now CIAO.
Though I do not fully understand the workings or situation in Columbia. I call the US involvement (US War on Drugs in Central & South America using civilian aircraft & civilian contractors) SamericanAir.
I also beleive it was my REASONING like this about the defense industry, the US Government & "George Stapleton" former US Army 3rd Bn 7th SFG stationed in Pamama 85-86 LYING by telling people that he & I were going in & out of Central & South America in Spring - Fall 1988 were partial factors that contributed to the "illegal medical procedure" that was performed on me at the VAMC Portland OR Spring 1989 for "a matter of national security."

I do not fully understand US Policy War on Drugs, or Justice I do support your efforts......

I suffer from PTSD it has to with "George Stapleton" whom was stationed in Panama with the 3rd Bn 7th SFG 1985 -1986 & the Stealth Aircraft Program prior to their use in Operation Just Cause.
"George Stapleton" & I Karl K Wilcox traveled past the Tononpah Test Range NV during Spring 1988 at that time the Stealth Aircraft" that were used in "Operation Just Cause" were being developed I did not know that at the time.
Spring 1988 while walking at night on 95 north, south of Tonopah NV. I had seen what appeared to be an F 117 Stealth jet flying northwest at a low altitude. At that time the F-117`s were a highly classified program operating out of Tonapah Test Range NV.
Afterwards during Summer 1988 - Fall 1988 "George Stapleton" would lie & tell people in AZ that he & I were going into & out of Central & South America .
In the Spring of 1989 I was abuducted kidnapped in Portland OR here is my account of that night.
Spring 1989 Portland OR I was sleeping outside across the street east of Burnside Project shelter on what was an old US Post Office on the loading dock. Awakened by door going up 2 people quickly stepped out first person sprayed an aerosol spray up my nose then a syringe was injected in the left calf. I was rolled over placed on a gurney; next semiconscious memory was going up hill in an ambulance.
I gain semi consciousness lying on my right side on a table in a red light room. I remember a female voice saying "This is a matter of national security we have 20 minutes to perform the operation we can not let him see our faces."
I remember what felt like a large needle being inserted into the left side of my head above my left ear diagonal from the left temple. I blacked out from the pain.
I woke the next morning on the same loading dock, remembering vaguely what had happened, my first thought was "I am pissed off that hurt, why did they do that to me." I was unable to think or speak fully with stroke like symptoms. The location I believe this procedure took place was the Veterans Adminstration Medical Center Portland OR on the hill southwest of the Burnside Project area.
These incidents have caused me post traumatic stress syndrome that effects my mental health to this very day.
I do think that the "illegal medical procedure" that was preformed in the VAMC Portland OR was done to protect the "Stealth Aircraft Program" proir to Operation Just Cause in Panama.
I just wanted to bring this matter to your attention & that of the US Embassy Staff in Panama.
