Brief History: She is the bastard child of the King of the Fairies and a tavern wench, who died in childbirth. Fearing exposure, the king took in his daughter. His wife never once let her step-daughter forget her origins and that she'd never have a chance to rule the Fairy kingdom. Who could blame her? Belagren did because she didn't understand the Queen's pain, that she had to live with the child of her promiscuous husband and another woman for the duration of Belagren's life. Belagren had been treated so poorly growing up that she wished she had been left in an orphanage when her mother died. She had been put down so much in life that, as an adult, she has decided to return the favor to the Queen. Now she hopes to forge a more permanent alliance with someone in a position to help her out, the King of the Goblins. She could take back what truly belonged to her, the Fairy Kingdom. And no one, not the Queen of the Fairies nor the King of the Fae could stop her.
