Welcome!
Hello everyone!
Yes, it's finally happening; we're getting
married! We (Majikjello and Rhianna) would like
to invite all our friends and family here on
Final Fantasy XI to come and join us on this
special occassion.
We
strongly encourage our guests to read through all
of the following information to ensure they
arrive safely and on time. ^.^
More
info will be added as needed. ^.^

| Safety Bibiki
Bay, the Manaclipper, and Purgonorgo Isle do have
a few aggroing mobs, so we strongly recommend
guests come as lvl 50+ jobs and avoid fishing or
tackling any NMs they happen to run across.
Please watch out for the following
critters!
Bibiki Bay:
|
Manaclipper:
Colossal
Calamari (kraken/sea
monk type)- Aggros by sound.

Clot
(jelly type)- Aggros by sound.

Viscous
Clot (jelly type)-
Aggros by sound.

|
Purgonorgo Isle:
|
**Please refrain from slaughtering
mobs once the ceremony begins. Someone
will be on duty to discretely remove troublesome
mobs from the area and dispose of them before
they become a problem.**

|
| How
to get there: The
wedding is being held on the beautiful Purgonorgo
Isle in Bibiki Bay. You will need the Chains of
Promathia expansion to enter.
| If you haven't already done
so, we highly recommend visiting Ludwig
in Mhaura @ (H-9) to purchase a map for
3000g. |

|
|
| In Buburimu Penninsula, head
south to the beautiful pink and purple
sands of Khoonta Dunes. Though the aqua
waters seem inviting, I wouldn't suggest
stopping to swim here! This beach is
frequented by rather large sharks! From
there follow the waterline west to a
hidden cave and the beach beyond.
Continue along the waterline to a second
hidden cave which leads to the zone to
Bibiki Bay (F-10). |

| |
|
| Not far upon entering, you
will find Sunset Docks on your left at
(H-7). |

|
|
| **Please
be sure to purchase a ticket for the
Manaclipper from Tswe Panipahr for 80g
~or~ a multipass (10 tickets) for 500g
before boarding the Manaclipper.** |

|
| Fheli Lapatzuo, on the docks,
kindly provides the ETA for the next
ship, as well as the next trip's
destination. |

| |
|
The Manaclipper has 3
round-trip routes in the following order:
- Nonstop around Dhalmel
Rock (approx 9 minute)
- Stop off at Purgonorgo
Isle (approx 8 minutes there and
8 minutes back [about 17 minutes
round trip])
- Nonstop around
Maliyalaleya Reef (approx 9
minutes)
- Stop off at Purgonogo
Isle
- (repeat 1-4)
|
The ship
docks only for about 1 minute and goes to
Purgonorgo Isle about every 30 minutes,
which is why we strongly suggest guests
arrive early. |
~~~~~~~~~~~~}{{~~~~~~~~~~~~
Take
the ship to Purgonorgo Isle, and relax
and enjoy the lovely views and fresh sea
air. It is possible to fish up some
rather nasty critters here, so we suggest
avoiding fishing unless you and a few
other lvl 70+ friends are around.
|
Once you've arrived
at Purgonorgo Isle, head south and
slightly west into a small stone archway.
|
Once you enter the
tunnel, the path is simple... just KEEP
RIGHT as you wind through the pathways
and around rocks and bushes, always
heading west and south.
*The
black mandies here DO NOT aggro!*
Eventually you will
come to the final little
"doorway" at (G-9) before it
opens up to the beach.
We Need your
Just before getting to
the beach there is a natural doorway where
Even
if you already have a LinkPearl, please make sure
to talk to one of the following people before
proceeding to the beach!
You will be given:
for the wedding. (Aside from /emotes, the
entire ceremony will be held in LS chat.
If you DO NOT get a pearl, please contact
one of the aforementioned people.)
Cake.
Please hold on to this until the end of
the ceremony. You will be instructed when
to eat it if you so choose. ^^
Fireworks.
Please hold on to these until the end of
the ceremony.
After receiving your
linkpearl, cake, and fireworks, please make your
way down towards the beach.
|
| Seating: The location we have
chosen slopes gently down into the water,
allowing our guests to have a beautiful view of
the ceremony. Please feel free to make yourselves
comfortable wherever and however you choose,
sitting or standing. We do ask that our guests
stay to the dry sand (don't want to risk our
guests drowning or ruining their nice clothing),
as well as clear of the aisle. The Stewards are
overseeing the seating, so if a guest is
inappropriately seated, they will be politely
asked to move.
|
| Etiquette: For those whom have never
been to a wedding before there are some basic
manners (mostly common sense) that are expected
from the guests at the ceremony, both to show
respect to the couple being wed, as well as to
help the ceremony flow a little easier.
Clothing:
Is NOT
optional.
Please
dress nicely.
No
naked subligar parties..
that was reserved for the
bachelorette party the
night before.
No
opaline.. except for
corsage. (Yes, Vahn, this
means you! ^.~)
Please do
not wear hats, helms, OpoOpo
Crowns or other largely visible
heargear. Hairpins, ribbons, and
tiara-type head gear are
permitted. Ladies can also wear
their corsages. (Yes, unfair, I
know! =P)
Please
unequip weapons and shields for
the ceremony.
Manners & behavior:
Once the
ceremony starts, please feel free
to talk in /tells quietly amongst
yourselves, however please leave
the Linkshell and /say channels
open so all may enjoy the
ceremony.
Please
remain in your "seat"
(even if you're standing) till
the ceremony is over.
Please
refrain from using the fireworks
till after the ceremony and the
cake until directed.
Once the
ceremony starts, please refrain
from fighting or killing monsters
(or friends or foes) unless in
self-defense. Bouncers will be on
duty to remove troublesome
critters during the ceremony if
necessary.
Pets are
welcome, just please ensure they
aren't blocking anyone's view.
^.^
And, it
should go without saying, please
refrain from disruptive behavior
during the ceremony.
Sorry
for all that info, but that SHOULD answer just
about any question that anyone has about the
ceremony, even those wise-asses who will be
attending. ^.~
If
you have any comments, questions, or concerns,
please feel free to /t Rhianna or Majikjello
before the ceremony, or one of the stewards
during.
Thank
you for attending, we hope to see you there! ^.^
