The light is still filtering into the cave, and it most certainly isn't a long cave- you can see the other side a few yards away. But it still has the strange sort of spookyness to it.

You heard that voice in your head. Who was it? You look around.
"A friend!" you tell the voice.
A black head emerges into the light. A diamond shaped, blue eye, stares at you. It doesn't remotely look like an eye, but there you go.
Are you telling lies?
"I'm not sure, really..." you says, finding that this sounds very stupid after it's been said.
The rest of the body emerges into the light, and you can see that it is heavily armored, and looks dangerous. But you reckon it is an equapha.
Very well, then, traveler. Continue on your way, and I shall not hurt you. Stay, and you're as good as my punching bag.
