As you walk in the direction of the sign, you see a large blue flamingo, eyeing you calmly. The odd thing about it is that it's blue.
"Hello," it says. "I see you're a visitor. You may follow me, stay here, or wander off. I will lead you to the grounds. If you stay, you may walk to the grounds yourself. If you wander off somewhere, the possibilities are endless."
It's odd. The flamingo gives you one more look and strides off in the direction of the grounds.
