Bottom Hill Arabians will except the following payment options:
*cash
*cashiers check (allow 10 days for clearance)
*personal check (allow 10 days for clearance)
*postal money orders
*wire transfers
*payments
*Pay Pal
We will except any of these payment arrangements as long as the potential buyer understands that they will have to wait for shipment until there choice of payment (not cash/money order) must clear our bank before the animal leaves the premises.Once payment has been made and clears bank sales are final.
Payments can be arranged with half down,paid in full within 3 (three) months depending on agreement and price of animal of potential buyer.With a flat rate of $200 for terms.The animal must be paid in full before he/she can leave premises.
ALL horses sold must be picked up within 7 days of final payment unless other arrangements have been made in advance.ALL foals must be picked up within 7 days of weaning.If not picked up within 7 days,a flat rate of $5 per day will be charged and must be paid before animal will be loaded on trailer.
All horses sold are guaranteed paperwork,negative coggins, and up to date vaccinations,worming and feet.A bill of sale will be written for each horse.
Any horse can be held for a non-refundable holding fee of $100 for a period of 14 days.Should potential buyer decide to buy the horse at the end of the 14 days,the holding fee will then be applied to the selling price of the horse.
