Sidney was a gift for my fiance Jamy. She is a beautiful, caring, and loving Merle. She is quiet, yet outspoken. She is gentle with kids and loves attention. She is the mother figure of the group I suppose. She is always looking out for the other pups.
Sid is another dog that loves the water. She loves being sprayed for a bath or taking a stroll to the lake. She is currently carrying her second litter of pups. She was bred for her first time at the end of 2001 and produced 8 pups, 2 show marked harlequinn males and 2 solid black females were among the litter.
Sidney has strong bloodlines. Her father was a black and her mother a harlequin. Although Merle isn't an AKC "show" recognized marking, I think it is one of the prettiest colors there are.
