Well Christmas is finally over. The girls got way more than they needed. Everyone ate plenty. The rain finally stopped for a few days. We almost had another flood out. We even had to bring some of the horses into the stalls on Christmas because they were cold and wet. It was interesting though. The water had no time to soak into the ground, so about two to three inches into the mud and underneith was dry ground. 

The new year is on it's way. I hope the year goes a little smoother then this last one. I know I'd like a little more time to work on the horses and less time worrying about money. But don't we always end up worrying about that. I'm ready for Spring already. Anyone up for a long trail ride up in the hills where the air is fresh and the views are perfect?
