One week away and I am so excited. Kyrie was listening to one of the country stations yesterday and they were giving away tickets to the horse fair that I am racing in. I told her to go ahead and call in. She was one call too late. So then I told her to call again and let them know that I was going to race and ask if they had any tickets left to give away. Sure enough they had four tickets left and Kyrie got them. That's $40.00 we don't have to worry about for everyone to get in. Did I mention I'm excited?!!!! I got a new pair of boots today and a set of rains. I'm going to look very stylish, yeah right. It's going to be hard for me to wear that cowgirl getup. I don't even usually where a hat and now I have to dress all up in western wear. The rain finally stopped so maybe I'll get some more practicing done. I'm going to try to go to Grants Pass early next week and work in the arena there. That one is fully enclosed, but small. That might work out great.
