ABS-CBN Star Magic
gathered October birthday celebrants from its roster for a dinner with the
entertainment press last weekend.
Among them are child actress Moreen Guese, child stars Nash Aguas and Carl John
Barrameda, young actors Rodjun Cruz and Marc Cortez, and young beauties, Maja
Salvador, Sarita Perez de Tagle and Aiza Marquez.
Twelve-year-old Moreen was recently nominated in the Best Single Performance by
an Actress for her performance in "Maalaala Mo Kaya: The Fatima Soriano Story."
She's also a good stage actress.
Jolly Nash was the kid grand questor of the first Star Circle Quest. He now
hosts "Wansapanataym" every Sunday.
Eleven-year-old Carl John is in grade five at the National College of
Maja Salvador
Business and Arts in Taytay, Rizal and has appeared in the movie, "Till There
Was You" as Judy Ann Santos' youngest brother.
Marc is a product of the "TV Idol" search on MTB where he's now one of the
hosts.
Rodjun is from the group Anime, and makes his moves and grooves on "ASAP Mania"
every Sunday and "Bida si Mister, Bida si Misis" every Tuesday.
Petite and pretty Aiza has had remarkable roles in films and TV series like
"Darating ang Umaga" and the recently-concluded, "Sarah The Teen Princess."
Sarita is a popular face on TV commercials and as the quirky character in the TV
series, "It Might Be You." She's a BS Psychology sophomore at De La Salle
University.
Maja is from the popular Salvador showbiz clan and now making a name for herself
as John Prats' loveteam mate in "It Might Be You." Maja's next project is
"Spirits," a horror TV series directed by Chito Roņo.
