Surely you’ve seen her somewhere. Yep, she’s fast becoming a celebrity among Flipinos households, as she plays a role in ABS-CBN’s primetime soap opera, It Might Be You, acting alongside with other young stars like John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo.
Though starting to be in the limelight, Maja Salvador remains to be humble and simple- much like when she was first discovered to grace the Candy Mag’s cover girl for August 2003. Being a Candy cover girl is a dream-come-true-opportunity for her, which paved the way to bigger endeavors.
With sweet success coming her way, she’s still your average down to earth girl who loves to create surprises for her friends- whether it comes in big stuffs like parties or small tokens like letters, or well, candies. This girl, with the sweet smile, has a loooong way to go.
Sweetest attraction-drawer. “I think my eyes and my smile. Many people would tell me that maraming na-aattract sa eyes ko.”
Describe yourself. “I’m a mababaw person. Whenever I have a problem, I don’t think much about it.”
Twix + Maltesser = Maja. “I’m a combination of Twix and Maltesser. Twix, because it’s crunchy and sweet. Sometimes, I tend to be mataray but actually I have a soft heart. For Maltessers, it’s also sweet pero it has a hard part outside. It only goes to show that I’m a strong person.”
Oh, beachcomber date! “ I want a date at the beach. A romantic candlelit dinner at a yacht will do.”
Flick-freak. “A Walk To Remember. I like the scene wherein Mandy was sick and Shane asked her if she’s scared to die. She answered, I’m scared of not being with you.”
