Our house forms part of a Victorian mansion which has been divided into four
large flats. Our home forms the top half of the building looking down onto
the front garden and drive, with entry to the rear. We have a large livingroom/lounge
with feature fire place (gas living flame) and original cornice/rose. Gas
central heating, TV, HiFi, DVD, etc. Three piece Leather suit with Reclining
chairs. Lovely modern kitchen (fully fitted) with built in dish washer, built
in electric oven with Gas hob and extractor fan, all modern appliances and
small breakfast bar with three chairs. Large Master bedroom with Kingsize
bed and built in fitted wardrobes, the Computer is fitted inside one of the
wardrobes out of sight. Double bedroom with Two Single beds. Single bedroom
with one Single bed. Modern Bathroom with bath and Gas Power Shower, fully
tiled. Hallway with Oak panelled floor. Gas Central Heating throughout, TV`s,

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Carnoustie
is a small costal town 10 miles north of Dundee.
It`s very geared towards Visitors/Tourists. Especially Golfers. The Town has
everything you would need for a great holiday, Pubs, Hotels, Resturants, parks,
walkways, beach, shops, etc. . plus Dundee, Scotland`s 4th Largest city is only
a 20 minute drive away. Our house is in a very quite part of the Town we have
no houses to the front of us just the Golf Course and the Beach. The Town centre
and shops are a 5 minute walk away.

Our home is only 2hours from the capital Edinburgh, and 3-4 hours from the highlands of Scotland. We also have Crombie and Monikie Country Parks that are only a 5 minute drive from our home. The Angus Glens that are great for walking and hillwalking are only an 1hr away. Our car is also included in the exchange. We do not smoke and prefer to exchange with non smokers.
