How to get to our house.
From Glasgow Airport. 2Hrs 30mins.
Take the M8 back into Glasgow look for road signs and take the M80 North. Follow
signs for Stirling.
M80 changes to M9 (same road) Dunblane. Then the A9 to Perth (same road). Take
the A90 from Perth to Dundee and then the A92 from Dundee to Carnoustie.
RE-CAP: Glasgow - Stirling - Bridge of Allan - Dunblane - Perth
Dundee - Monifieth - Barry - Carnoustie.
From Edinburgh Airport 1Hrs 30mins.
A90 - North - over Forth Road Bridge. Changes to M90. Stay on M90 all the way
to Perth. Then take the A90 to Dundee. Stay on the A90 and then the A92 - Follow
road signs for A92 - Broughty Ferry, Monifieth, Barry and then Carnoustie. A92
also takes you to Arbroath, Montrose and Aberdeen.
By Train.
You can take a Train from anywhere in the UK. To Dundee Train Station. Carnoustie
is 20minutes, away by car. Take the low road North A930 - through Broughty Ferry,
Monifieth, Barry and then Carnoustie.
You can also take the high road A92 - Arbroath Road, past Broughty Ferry, Monifieth,
Barry and then Carnoustie.
Carnoustie also has a Train Station, but not all Trains stop there, better to
CHECK FIRST!
Once in Carnoustie, head along High Street, follow signs for BEACHES / GOLF
COURSE, through the Rail Tunnel turn right, along Links Parade, it’s a
dead end - small Golfers car park. Our House is second from the end No"19.
