ABOVE: My personal favorite for the moment...can you hear Wagner- "Kill the wabbit! Kill the wabbit!" Very cool...Me vs. the Hare- who would win?? It'd be a dead hare, definitely. And what is it with dead hares? (Now there's a sentence you've never heard before!I should add that to the If It Weren't for My Horse sentence list!) I mean- what is it with dead hares and French art? I've seen at least 20 paintings, most of them Chardins, with dead hares! Things like, "Still Life with Dead Hare", "Dead Hare with Fruit", etc., etc. I shall call this picture "Dead Hare Holding Gun and Pipe" That's a bit long for a title, but...ahh...screw it!
