beautiful architecture, the skyline. Navy Pier,
Old Town, Michigan Avenue.
Chicago was an open gate to the Mid-west and
the far-west of USA. There were the markets for
the goods produced in Chicago“ companies: Mc
Cormick and International Harvester, Pullman Co.,
Sears, Roebuck, Illinois Steel.
The wind is best experienced atop of the
highest buildings: Sears Tower, John Hancock
Center.
