January 11th - Heading back to D_Dungeon Studio tonight to try and finish mixing THE RENEGADES OF SLUTS debut release. Been out here a few nights so far already, and things are progressing quite quickly. We have already mixed "Don't Make Me Choose", "Capital A", "Sinsational - The Ballad Of Brittany Andrews", "The Renegades Of Sluts Part 2 - Whore Some More", "All For Rock & Roll", and "Bikes, Bitches & Booze". That leaves 3 more, then we are outta here. As soon as we finish, we will be posting a release date for the CD.

(posted) January 3rd - Musta been drinkin'.....I forgot to thank all the Sluts & Whoremongers who made it out to the show in P-Town on the 21st of December. Club owner was happy with the way things turned out (even though BOTH opening bands never showed up), and wants R.O.S. back to play another show. Stay tuned!

(posted) January 3rd - Yes, that was Dick Tattoo you spotted in the crowd at Times Square on New Years Eve. Mr. Tattoo had to make the trek up to NYC to formally announce the first Honorary Member of THE RENEGADES OF SLUTS..... you guessed it - Dick Clark!

December 20th - From the "For Those Of You Who Give A Damn Department".... for some unknown reason, Jim Beam Black Label has dropped from 90 proof to 86 proof. My guess is that since it now says "Aged 8 Years" on the bottle instead of the original "Aged 7 Years", the proof has gone down. What the fuck is up with that? I only drink Beam mixed (unlike my beloved John Daniel's*), and the only reason I was buying it (the Black Label JB) was because it was 90 proof and I like to have a mixed drink now and again (plus it costs about $2.50 less a fifth than John Daniel's). The regular Jim Beam 80 proof does absolutely nothing for me. * I know it is JACK Daniel's.... anybody out there ever seen the Al Pacino flick "Scent Of A Woman"? By the way, if anybody can tell me the REAL reason I don't mix my JD (hint: it has nothing to do with that movie), I'll send ya a free R.O.S. t-shirt. December 20th - Tomorrow night, December 21st, THE RENEGADES OF SLUTS will have our debut performance in Portsmouth, VA. This will also be the release bash for the LIMITED EDITION debut single from the upcumming R.O.S. debut full length CD (to be released sometime in January). Plenty of bike parking available. Check out the "Meat Market" section on this site for more details.

December 8th - THE RENEGADES OF SLUTS debut full length CD was recorded COMPLETELY in 7 hours. Each song was knocked out in no more than 3 takes, and it was recorded live (all instruments & lead vocals recorded at the same time). We had to go back and add the backing vocal tracks, which we did in one try for each song, except for "The Renegades Of Sluts" (2 takes). The 9 tracks in order are:

December 7th - THE RENEGADES OF SLUTS are going into D_Dungeon Studio today to record a full length album. We will set up and get the sound right, then record tomorrow (Saturday). All the songs will be recorded live (instruments & vocals recorded at the same time), instead of recording everybody one at a time and then going back and putting it all together. This album will be rock out with your cock out straight up balls to the wall rock & roll!

December 6th - The show on December 21st in Portsmouth, VA (check the "Meat Market" link on this site for details) will be a CD release bash. THE RENEGADES OF SLUTS will unveil the first single from our upcumming album. The CD single, "Sinsational (The Ballad Of Brittany Andrews)" will be available for sale at this show. R.O.S. will also be entering the studio this weekend to record our debut full length album.
