Phoebe a.k.a. "Feebs" is our first Cocker Spaniel. She is black and tan and brings joy into everyone's life. She is happiest on the couch eating crumbs from whoever might be spilling some while she is snuggled up against them. Her passtimes are hunting in the woods, eating, sleeping,growling at those obnoxious puppies , and eating...um...did I say that twice? WHY we would bring other Cockers into our home when we had her is BEYOND her and she does not let us forget it. Pheobe was bred by Mary LaChance of MELS Cockers.

Chickadee's Maine Moose Trax a.k.a. "Moose" is a chocolate parti. She is absolutely adorable and the bain of Phoebe. Moose was bred by Patricia and Marlene Smart of Chickadee Cockers. She is the daughter of CH. Chickadee's The Brown Bomber, the beautiful homebred boy of Patricia and Marlene. She is intelligent, outgoing and full of that special craziness we call "puppy". Her passtimes include harrassing Phoebe, bothering the cat, wrestling with numerous objects, most of them inanimate, going POTTY under the CHRISTMAS TREE(we didn't think it as funny as you do), and destroying my oldest sons Pikachu slippers. Moosie is a beautiful well tempered dog with an excellent build. She is the apple of my eye.

AH MaineWoods All Riled Up a.k.a. "Riley" is our newest addition. She is a tri who was bred by Jennifer Hartford of All Hart Cockers. She is the granddaughter of CH. Holiday's Snow Goblin also owned by Jennifer. This little pistol is loaded with guts and grit and has amazing amounts of character for her tender age of 10 weeks. Her hobbies include eating a lot, hassling Phoebe, sleeping, pestering the cat, playing tug of war with Moose using whatever they find in the laundry room, growling the older dogs away from the feedbowls(!), and being played with by our 3 year old son who thinks that she is his puppy. Riley is equipped with lots of attitude and such a sweet little face...she is a clever girl and was a wonderful addition to our home

What's next at MaineWoods? We will soon find out! I am expecting to view more puppies this Spring . I will no doubt buy one as these are all long anticipated litters I will be seeing. I am hoping to perhaps find either a chocolate ASCOB or a red and white parti. Check back to see! Hopefully I will soon have this site updated with pictures of our dogs.
