Hey everone

hay everyone... im fourty and ironically enough i spent the night of the
night of my b-day at over the mtn shelter.It was beautiful there. My good
friends Linus and stonewall surprised me with 9 beers they had hikes in for
us all that night to celerbrate.19miles..
   This hike is more then i thought it was ever be .. before i left i
thought what a great idea to hike the trail.Its so much more then that.The
people ive met are the best people ive never met before.
   These mtn. are nothing like i thought they would be .They are challenging
and BEAUTIFUL. the pictures dont even come close to capturing it.
   I love getting to town and calling home .I am soooooo fortunate to have
the family that i have . the word love doesnt even come close to describing
the true depth of feelings i have for them.My wife god bless her. Every man
should be so lucky...
   Seeing the web counter rise is pleasing to me and while im on it. Please
drop the web master a note about what a wonderful job he is doing.With out
him my hike would be so much less.Brian from the bottom of my heart and the
tip of every blister on my feet... THANK YOU.
   To date ive seen wolfs, bears,deer,turkey,snakes,lizards,eagles and
someother things...
   Well once again i need to go and start hiking .Hiking is like walking now
and doesnt faze me.its almost E-Z. Thanks for fallowing along and im glad
you are all enjoying it as much as me... ICEMAN.

Hey everone!!! im doing fine and cant answer all your mail. however i do read them all and dont know how to tell you all how much they mean to me. I absolutely love them and love the hike .The people i have meet are like family after awhile and i hait to see them leive me . but we seem to meet up when i get to towns and its a big sellibration . Like the one we will have tonight. Theres about 30 of us here tonight all over hot spring N.C...Have seem a bear whom came into the leanto a few nights ago but didnt stay long . good thing cause ... well you know... also saw 6 wild pigs who stayed all night rutting up the outside of the leanto... yesterday i was ontop of MAX PATCH and found what an eyefull really is . IT was sectaculare....360 degree view... i think about alot of things on the trail and often people pop into my thoughts and i just enjoy the memorise of them .some make me laugh and some cry... all the memorise are wonderful and probably the high piont of the day for me ... well i have to go cause these computers are in high demand on the trail... I LOVE YOU ALL AND PLEASE KEEP THE GUESS BOOK GOING I ENJOY IT SO MUCH and please give the address to as many people as you wish.. you all enjoying this web page helps me enjoy this hike that much more if thats possible..
