GOAL! GOAL!
In an excellent performance, Power Dynamos won the Rothmans Cup in 1983 in Ivory Coast. Dynamos also went on to win the Africa Cup of Cup Winners which was renamed the Nelson Mandela Cup. Dimunitive but agile goalkeeper Blackwell Chalwe was voted Player of the Tournament at the Rothmans tournament. Sadly, Chalwe died in a road accident three years ago.
