Original recipe
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
corn sirop
2 tea spoon
Water
1/4 cup
Lemon essence
1tea spoon
Red colour
1/4tea spoon

Mix the Brown sugar with the corn sirop and the water

Shed in a thick bottom's saucepan

Cook until the mix temperature be 148 C

Take back from fire

Add the lemon essence and the colour

Push a stick in each apple

Drench the apple in the mix

Lay down the apple on a plate

Wrap little toffee
2 cup
Water
1/4 cup
Red colour
3-4 drop
Apples

Melt the toffee(unwrap) in a thick bottom's saucepan

Add water

Cook at medium fire, during about 5-10 min, stiring

Add the colour

Push a stick in each apple

Drench the apple in the mix

Lay down the apple in a plate
