| Press and empty lemon Cut the empty lemon's base to lay them down in a plate Mix in a bowl the salmon and the mayonnaise with 1 egg and a little bit of lemon juice (as much as you wish) Drop the mix in the lemons Put the other egg et the parsley on the lemons Serve |
