big lemon cut in two

salmon

mayonnaise

hard egg, mince carsenessly

parsley
This is the way I prepare it, you can find the original recipe in the cook book : La Gasp�sie � table
Press and empty lemon

Cut the empty lemon's base to lay them down in a plate

Mix in a bowl the salmon and the mayonnaise with 1 egg and a little bit of lemon juice (as much as you wish)

Drop the mix in the lemons

Put the other egg et the parsley on the lemons

Serve
