Ø      GUIDELINES FOR THE OT LIST

 (1) An off topic (OT) e-list for members of our Gustav Mahler group
 ([email protected]) is now in effect at [email protected] to
 which you are invited to subscribe and post if and when you want to
 discuss off-topic matters with other members. The purpose of this OT list is to
 provide a "valve" for those Mahlerites/members of this group who feel,
 from time to time, the need to "explode" in various other directions not
 relevant to the Gustav Mahler group (see [3] below).

 (2) The Gustav Mahler group is for the purpose of discussing the work of
 this great composer and musical matters related to his music and life.
 From time to time notices or announcements of potential general interest may be
 offered. Discussion on those topics that do not directly concern Mahler
 and related music should then follow only on the OT list. Threads on these
 topics are not for the Gustav Mahler group.

     (3) The OT list is reserved to members of the Gustav Mahler group
     (un-subscribing from the Gustav Mahler group will automatically entail
     un-subscribing from the OT list).
