Pawnee County Old Soldiers Reunion

     Each year in late September or early October, the Pawnee County Old Soldiers Reunion Association held a three day reunion. Events included a parade, speeches by dignitaries and veterans, campfires, etc. Other activities such as baseball games were held to entertain the community and accompanying families. Some years, the roster of attendees was published in the local Pawnee newspaper.

 

     Following is the list of attendees to the Old Soldiers Reunion held in Pawnee on Sept. 20-21-22, 1900, as published in the Pawnee County Courier on 4 Oct 1900.
