Case's Ladder/Mahjong Fair and Honest Tips & Suggestions For Players
    This information is geared to help the processes at Mahjong Fair and Honest run smoothly. Please email the admins with any additional insight that you might have, and have fun!

    • All members of the league must join Mahjong Fair and Honest with the EXACT same yahoo screen they will play the matches in or the games will NOT count. If you are having trouble adjusting your username, please contact the admins. Sorry!

    • Always check if your opponents are current members of Mahjong Fair and Honest. (Be sure that you play any active members under the exact same id that you find at Mahjong Fair and Honest or it will not count.)

    • Also, always check to be sure you have not played with any of your opponents on a league game within the past 24 hrs. Check your Yahoo profile for rated games as well as Daily Results for both today and yesterday. Comments from the match in question or nearby ones will help you tell what time you played.

    • You can also refer to our Page of Players Who Have Been Kicked Off to see a history of when the admins have had to step in to remedy violations of the rules.

    • When trying to report losses as soon as possible, it often helps to remain on your table while you report. This allows you to double check the spelling of the other player's names (even if you have to scroll up to the blue text announcing new ranks). As we get larger there will be more and more players with similar names, so this would definitely help, especially now that our games will be unrated at Yahoo and you cannot see it in your profile.

    • Take advantage of the "Comment" field when you report a loss. All comments are tagged with a date stamp that matches Yahoo's Pacific Time Zone. Also, if you list the names of all your opponents in the Comment field then it will be easier to check when the others have reported and who you are not clear with. (Again this is very helpful when a game is unrated and not visible in your profile.)

    • If you have had a match where one (or more) of the players has not reported their loss to you you must:
      1. Ask the loser of the match to report
      2. You must first give that person *24 Hours* to report
      3. Email that person and *REMIND* Them to report
      4. After 24 Hours and NO response to your email go to the site and CLICK on ** UNREPORTED MATCH ** and fill it out
