Let
the Waugh's be remembered for the Great things they've done
Monday 7th October 2002
Like all of the games greats, the Waugh twins
careers will have to end and with growing speculation that, that day could
be very soon.
Recent poor form by both Steve and Mark has prompted the selectors to
place pressure on the two to perform or face the axe. At 37 years of age
both the twins have struggled over the last 2 seasons but have managed to
hold onto there spots in the side.
It is always sad to see great players in this situation, Alan Border and
Mark Taylor both faced the same situation late in their careers too. But
like "AB" and "Tubbs" the Waughs should be remembed
for there great achivements in cricket and not the last few horror years
of there careers.
Steve
Waugh

Mark
