Lougoon Retirement could strike trouble
Monday 26th August 2002

The Recent retirement of Josh Lougoon could mean bad things for Sonof Boggit Cups.
His retirement comes after the reclusive Columban Walsh did a no show and Mick Harris stating that he has lost interest.

Lougoons retirement has possibly paved the way for more players to call it quits by opening a new corridor of suggestion on the excitement value of the Game.

It could all be however a changing of the guard so to speak, with fresh new players like Perez, Svanosio, O'Brien and Mannes stepping up and the wiser stepping out in Lougoon and Walsh.

One things for sure the game will still go on, because it is what the true fans want.
