| On Sunday, April 22, 2001, Miss Elmore sent the following message to a few of her friends and family members ... Hi. This is Miss Elmore's third, fourth, and fifth grade afterschool class in Winter Haven, Florida. We are currently working on a geography project that we need your help on. We are wondering how far around the world an email could travel. We are asking everyone who gets this message to please reply to our teacher's email address with their name, location (city, state or providence, and country) and the language that you speak. If you will also, please put "Email Around the World" in the subject line. We will be plotting each city on a map in our classroom from all the replies we get and would appreciate your help. We will be concluding our project the last week of school so we would need all replies before May 18, 2001. If you will also please forward this email on, we would appreciate it greatly.
