I worked for Starbucks for 2 years and 4 months throughout my university years at Carleton University, Ottawa. I started with knowing nothing about drinks and cash register to became an assistant supervisor, I had worked with many nice coworkers and some unfriendly ones, so were the customers. Last December, last month at work, I received a certificate of employee recognition for my hard work and dedication.

In the summer of 2004, I was working for the dean of the Economics department, Professor Huntley Schaller of Carleton University. He was writing an Economic book. So, my job was to prepare powerpoint slides for his conference, did research in the library and on the internet, and etc. My job title was word processor, it was quite an easy job compare to they paid me $16/per hour. I did gain a lot of office working experiences too.
