| ~Freeze~ � by The Magus I was frozen behind my wall of ice, cold and unfeeling. I was done for, lost and left for dead... A burning flame, I watched it freeze to trap me here. Swirling snow flakes danced through my head. I no longer could venture from my solitude to the warmth. The seas of my spirit froze over, leaving sheets of snow. The loneliness became the standard, and my apathy. Just beyond the cold I could feel a compassionate glow... The ice melted, and there she was, the one I had waited for. She had come to save me from the harsh Winter's chill. Now I am free, and my heart will never freeze again. I know, because I'm dreaming of her still... |
