  The Canarian Magüi Serna couldn't make her debut yesterday in the tie against Austria, but she was as happy as her three team mates.

  Magüi said: "From the stands you live the tie much worse than from the court, because you suffer much more. I've lost my voice because I haven't stop shouting, but it has been worth and I'm very happy".

"The crowd", she added, "has behaved wonderfully in the doubles match. Part of this match has been won because of them. I hope that more people come during the weekend; I think it's going to be full and I'm confident it's in that way".

Magüi: "I had no option after losing the seventh game"

  Magüi Serna, who substitued Arantxa Sánchez Vicario in the Fed Cup final against the Slovak number one, Daniela Hantuchova, said that she didn't have the option of the surprise "after losing the seventh game".
